The Mr. Signal MR9270S is a versatile handheld signal generator and process calibrator designed for industrial calibration tasks. It supports a wide range of signal types, making it suitable for calibrating and simulating various industrial instruments.

The MR9270S features a calibration function that allows users to calibrate input signals. For instance, to calibrate a current input signal:

1. Press and hold the “EXIT” key to switch to the real-time curve interface.

2. Navigate to the “mA IN” section.

3. Press the “IN” key to enter the calibration mode.

4. Adjust the signal using the “↑” or “↓” keys.

5. Press “IN” to confirm, then “EXIT” to exit the calibration interface. 

This process ensures accurate signal generation and measurement.

Some users have reported issues with the thermocouple output, noting instability and fluctuations in temperature readings. This may affect its reliability for precise temperature calibration tasks.
